Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia. You will onboard in an individual designed development program for 18 months, connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization. What You Will Do

• Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure definition.
• Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety.
• As EM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region projects and follow up on investment budgets.
• As PM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region Improvement teams (Kaizen, PMO, RCM).
• Collaborate to propose and implement factory investment according to Region and Central plans.
• Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.
• Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input.
• Coordinate development of technical capabilities in coordination with Process and Technical network representatives.
