The sales Analyst supports the retail sales team in day-to-day office operations by coordinating sales activities, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, operations, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up to enable the sales team to achieve targets efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Coordination

Provides daily operational and administrative support to the retail sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and effective coordination with internal functions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintains sales data, prepares reports, and tracks performance indicators to support decision-making and sales follow-up.

Internal Coordination

Act as a liaison between retail sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.

TASKS

• Coordinate and support daily retail sales activities from the office.
• Prepare, update, and maintain retail sales reports, trackers, and databases.
• Follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of sales documentation and approvals.
• Act as a point of contact between retail sales teams, outlets, and internal departments.
• Support execution of retail promotions, campaigns, and special sales initiatives.
• Handle sales-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, summaries, and meeting materials.
• Maintain organized records of customer data, pricing, and sales transactions.
• Support continuous improvement of sales coordination processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in BIS, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales Anaysis, retail support, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
