Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Consultant, located in Cairo, NY. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored real estate solutions, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer support. The consultant will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to craft strategies and ensure successful transaction management, aligning with Market Standard’s values of transparency and professionalism.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
