The opportunity
You will be leading the technicians under him and managing the day-to-day work, by raising their hands on experience and skills, to achieve daily production targets. Planning, monitoring and solving the issues in the testing line aligning the technicians and reporting the same to the Testing engineer.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- To able to quickly adapt to the testing line to give the required output on time without any hazards with utmost care for safety of the individual.
- Achieve day to day targets and complete the work on time with quality and coordinate with the testing engineer in case of quality issues in the testing line.
- Awareness about the product and engage the technicians under him.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Hitachi GIS product and its portfolios and resolving the issues in the testing line.
- You should be aware of the mechanical testing product of ACTAS and MES (Manufacturing Execution standards).
- Need to attend SFM meetings of what’s going across and to achieve the daily targets and report the same to the testing engineer.
- Line consumables to be alerted to testing engineers and tact tools to be maintained.
- Should be able to work in the shifts and maintain the 5S all the time in the testing line.
- Should be responsible for NCR and customer order movement in the application of MES.
- Awareness of the concept of Lean organization and too aware of the concepts of lean.
- You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
