Responsibilities:-

• Lead / create architectural information platform for the group of hospitals supporting active and future initiatives in the environment.
• Implement and manage different VMware solutions (vCenter, vSphere clusters, SRM, vSAN…
• Manage and monitor all types of Microsoft Solutions (Windows server/Client, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, And So On. …).
• Manage Endpoint Security and Protection Tools.
• Manage, monitor, and update all CHG technology products like Dell/Lenovo/Cisco firmware, security updates, etc.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for managed systems issues following change management cycle.
• Co-operating with other (hospitals IT Managers and Staff) to finalize assigned IT operations and projects successfully and to continuously improve and increase group people, processes, and technology
• Take care of all different types of contracts between Systems team and vendors
• Work closely with vendor teams to maintain product roadmaps and ensure operational quality and continuous process improvement.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hosts/computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
• Ensure that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Applies revisions to host system firmware and software.
• Work with vendors to assist with support activities.
• Show Excellent organizational and problem-solving management skills; understanding of project management best practices
• Provide documentation, Reporting and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
• Follow IT SLA in handling issues.
• Provide remote / Physical support depending on case issue.
• Lead the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for new products / solutions

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology field.
• Proven experience in VMware, Microsoft products.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience.
• Must be Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• Strong experience in Data Center Virtualization.
• Strong experience directly leading and managing large scale activities / solutions of enterprise environment and critical business.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure and networks
