Job Description
- Support and operate factory IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls)
- Ensure availability of systems supporting production lines
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents in time-critical environments
- Manage and support FortiGate firewalls (policies, VPNs, basic troubleshooting)
- Coordinate with factory operations and IT teams
- Maintain documentation, backups, and monitoring
- Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Backup & monitoring tools
- On-prem / factory IT environments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: ( Computer Science - Information Technology - Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering - Automation ) or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system/network administration.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or factory environments
- Exposure to production lines or production-critical systems is a strong plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
