Company Description
EPHH (Egyptian Petroleum HH Rig Manufacturer S.A.E Co.) is a leading collaboration between Egyptian companies PETROJET, ENPPI, THARWA, and the Chinese partner HongHua Group Co. (HH). As the only API-certified rig manufacturer in Egypt and North Africa, and registered with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), EPHH is at the forefront of regional technological advancements. Our state-of-the-art facility in Ain Sokhna reflects the fusion of Egyptian expertise and Chinese engineering excellence. Supported by the Egyptian government, EPHH is committed to setting new benchmarks in drilling rig production through innovation and collaboration.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Legal Manager will oversee legal operations, manage legal compliance requirements, provide expert legal consulting to the business, prepare and review legal documents, and ensure that all practices align with local and international legal regulations. The role will also involve handling corporate legal affairs and providing strategic guidance to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law and Legal Compliance to ensure activities adhere to applicable regulations and standards
Experience with Legal Document Preparation, drafting, and reviewing contracts and legal agreements
Strong skills in Legal Consulting and providing strategic legal advice to support business decisions
Knowledge of managing Legal Affairs, including corporate governance and intellectual property
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications are advantageous
Proven experience working in legal roles, preferably within the oil and gas or manufacturing sector
