To lead and grow the company’s inbound tourism business by building strong international partnerships, developing competitive travel programs, and managing operations and supplier contracts to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sustainable revenue growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

.Develop and strengthen relationships with overseas tour operators and international travel agencies to drive inbound business.

.Design, cost, and price competitive tailor-made travel programs for groups and individual travelers.

.Manage and negotiate contracts with hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, and other tourism suppliers to secure the best quality and rates.

.Oversee the full execution of travel programs, ensuring smooth operations from arrival to departure.

.Monitor service quality and continuously enhance the travel experience for both group and FIT clients.

.Represent the company at international travel fairs and industry events to expand the client base.

.Handle operational challenges and customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

.Prepare performance and sales reports, analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.

📌 Requirements

.Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in inbound tourism or a similar role

.Strong knowledge of market pricing and supplier contracting (hotels, transport, restaurants, etc.)

.Proven experience working with international markets and overseas partners

.Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tourism market trends

.Excellent operational planning and organizational abilities

.Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively

.Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

.Strong customer service orientation and focus on client satisfaction

.Fluent English

.Professional communication and long-term relationship-building skills

.Working hours: 8 Hours ( From 10:00AM - To 6:00PM )

.Day off: Friday

.Location: Onsite - Nasr City
