The Software Delivery Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Support, Documentation, Training, and Leadership teams to ensure that releases are delivered on time, with quality, and with full organizational readiness.The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic coordination with hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities1. Squad & Delivery ManagementOversee planning, execution, and delivery across 6 active product squads.Monitor sprint progress, commitments, and delivery timelines.Support and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives in collaboration with Product Owners and Tech Leads.Ensure all work items have clear scope, acceptance criteria, and documentation before delivery.2. Planning, Estimation & Resource Allocation- Ensure accurate task estimation and realistic sprint commitments.- Allocate resources across squads based on capacity and priorities.- Track work inside and outside sprints.3. KPIs, Performance & Reporting- Track velocity, sprint delivery rate, estimation accuracy, bug ratio, SLA compliance, utilization, cycle time.- Provide regular delivery reports to leadership.4. Release Planning & Execution- Coordinate release scope, timelines, and dependencies.- Ensure cross-functional readiness for releases.5. Bugs, Quality & SLA Management- Monitor bug backlog and ensure SLA compliance.- Collaborate with QA and Support teams on prioritization.6. Documentation & Training Enablement- Ensure timely documentation and internal enablement.- Support feature orientation sessions.7.
