Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Cairo. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making offers. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand departmental staffing requirements, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment processes, strategic talent acquisition, and candidate screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and principles relevant to recruitment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
