Customer Care Specialist ( Class Mentor ) :
What You’ll Do
- Follow company SOPs to deliver high-quality consultation and support services to students 🤝
- Monitor teaching quality and provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and better learning outcomes 📈
- Support students throughout their learning journey by identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions 🧠✨
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans and progress recommendations 💡
- Enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through proactive engagement and excellent service 🌟
- Track and analyze student learning data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans to boost learning effectiveness 📊
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above 🎓
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or a related customer-facing role 📞
- Passion for education and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences 📚
- Fluent in English ( B2 level or above required) 🌍
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful, approachable, and professional personality 😊
📍 Work Schedule & Location:
📌 Location:
- Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)
🕒 Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: Day off
