Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Specialist role located on-site in New Cairo. The role involves providing top-notch customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication over the phone and in person. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience to promote loyalty and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience.
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication skills, essential for effective client interactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
