- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication skills, essential for effective client interactions.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and stay organized under pressure.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
