We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Heliopolis. The Senior Property Consultant will manage client relationships by understanding their property needs, advising on real estate opportunities, and providing an exceptional level of service. Day-to-day responsibilities will include property consultations, managing sales processes, conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals, and facilitating property transactions

Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with comprehensive industry knowledg

eExceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain lasting client relationship

sProven aptitude for Sales, including negotiation and closing strategie

sExceptional organizational and time management skill

sPrevious experience in the real estate industry is highly preferre
