We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to support our sales team through efficient administrative and operational assistance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to sales teams and agents
• Prepare and process quotations, applications, proposals, and contracts
• Coordinate with underwriting, policy issuance, claims, finance, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate sales data, dashboards, and performance reports
• Support client onboarding and agent setup (codes, IMS, POS systems)
• Assist with sales materials, presentations, and events
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, admin, or insurance operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of Life & Non-Life insurance products
• IFCE Certification
