Partner with management to support workforce planning and manpower requirements
Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and probation follow-up for blue-collar and white-collar employees
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and Freezone regulations
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and improvement plans
Identify training and development needs and support implementation of learning initiatives
Support salary reviews, promotions, transfers, and other people-related decisions in line with company policy
Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absenteeism and prepare basic HR reports
Support change initiatives, organizational updates, and communication between management and employees
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
- achelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is preferred (PHRI, SHRM-CP, CIPD).
- 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP or senior HR role.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial / Freezone environments.
- Hands-on experience with employee relations and labor law.
