Job Description
A Key Account Manager (KAM) builds and maintains long-term, strategic relationships with a company's most important, high-revenue clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and growth by understanding their needs, aligning company solutions, and resolving issues to drive mutual success and profitability.

- Relationship Management: Develop deep trust and strong, lasting partnerships with key clients.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute account plans to boost revenue, retention, and profitability.
- Serve as the main liaison, bridging client needs with internal teams
- Growth & Sales Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling).
- Problem Solving: Address client issues, complaints, and challenges proactively to maintain satisfaction.
- Reporting Provide updates and reports to stakeholders on account performance and goals.
