Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2 English Account (Chat Support) Specialist. The role involves providing professional and efficient chat-based customer support for the E& UAE region. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of interactions while adhering to company policies and guidelines. The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency and excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to provide Training and apply knowledge in customer interaction scenarios
  • Familiarity with Translation and an understanding of cultural sensitivities within the UAE region is an advantage
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments and team collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Previous experience in chat support or customer support roles is a pl
