Telesales Representative - Industry Software
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time, On-Site)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales, preferably with industry-specific software solutions
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative with at least 1 year of experience in selling software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and demonstrate industry-specific software. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in target industries.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell industry-specific software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email follow-ups, and CRM management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in software/technology sales.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., ERP, CRM, logistics, healthcare, or retail solutions).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software products.
