You will be instrumental in introducing Hirewall, our innovative solution that eliminates the biggest bottleneck in hiring: screening applications without wasting time or ghosting candidates.As a key member of our team, you'll own the commercial relationship from introduction to closing, acting as a trusted advisor to companies that genuinely need our solution. You'll work directly with the founder, enjoying a fast-paced, no-bureaucracy environment where your insights directly shape our product and strategy. If you're a self-starter with a passion for improving hiring processes and a desire for a high-upside, low-friction revenue stream, we encourage you to apply.Critical Requirements3+ years of experience in recruitment, recruitment agencies, or hiring-focused B2B sales.Demonstrated first-hand understanding of candidate screening, ATS workflows, and common hiring bottlenecks.Proven ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, or operations leaders.Comfortable and skilled in conducting clear, practical product demonstrations.Highly self-directed, reliable, and motivated to succeed in a commission-only, outcome-driven role.Important RequirementsExperience advising companies on their hiring or recruitment processes.Ability to articulate hiring pain points effectively to non-HR stakeholders.Proven track record of independently closing deals or partnerships.Comfortable working remotely with minimal direct supervision and a preference for fast feedback loops.Nice to Have RequirementsExisting network of startup founders, business owners, or agency clients.Experience running or owning a recruitment agency.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Easy Apply, or other recruitment software.Previous experience selling recruitment services or HR/hiring tools.Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach automation platforms.Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.About AnsiusAnsius is dedicated to making hiring transparent for everyone involved.For candidates, we eliminate the guesswork by instantly matching CVs to job requirements and providing clear, requirement-by-requirement feedback before they even apply.
