Role Description

We are looking for an Art Director – Creative Lead to own and lead the visual direction of Signature across all design and production outputs.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo.

The Art Director will lead a multidisciplinary visual team, translate creative strategies into strong visual systems, and ensure all outputs meet Signature’s quality and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the visual team including:
• 3 Senior Graphic Designers
• Motion Graphic Designer
• Videographer, Photographer, and Video Editor
• Own the visual direction across branding, social media, campaigns, and video content
• Translate creative briefs and strategies into clear visual guidelines
• Review, direct, and approve all visual outputs before delivery
• Ensure consistency across design, video, and motion assets
• Provide clear feedback, mentorship, and performance direction to the team
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account Management, and Media teams
• Maintain high quality standards, deadlines, and production efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Creative Lead in an agency environment
• Strong background in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling
• Experience leading and managing creative teams (design & video)
• Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and visual quality
• Ability to give structured feedback and make firm creative decisions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Agency experience is a must
