Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating capital allocations for structured agricultural projects, managing investor relationships, and building a scalable broker network.
This is a strategic commercial role focused on structured asset-backed investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising & Investor Engagement
- Identify and qualify potential investors
- Conduct project presentations and investor meetings
- Explain SPV structures and investment models clearly
- Manage investor pipeline from first contact to allocation
- Coordinate site visits and project briefings
- Follow up consistently to close capital commitments
Broker Network Development
- Identify and onboard professional brokers and referral partners
- Build and manage commission agreements
- Train brokers on project structure and positioning
- Monitor broker performance and deal flow
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain structured CRM records
- Track lead sources and conversion rates
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Forecast capital flow timelines
Market Development
- Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Engage family offices, investor groups, and referral networks
- Represent Tom Projects in meetings and professional events
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in investment sales, real estate development sales, or capital raising
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to explain structured investment models clearly
- Experience managing broker or referral networks
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- CRM discipline and structured reporting capability
- Professional appearance and conduct

- Experience in asset-backed investments
- Experience in land development or real estate projects
- Network of HNW investors or brokers
- Understanding of SPV or structured project models
