Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Experience Coordinator to support employee experience operations across a distributed team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, vendor management, and ensuring internal initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in delivering reliable operational support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee gifting initiatives, including onboarding packages, milestone recognition, and team engagement items
  • Manage vendors, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines across multiple regions
  • Track budgets, inventory, and shipment status with strong attention to accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation of orders, vendors, and processes
  • Support predefined employee experience programs as assigned
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and proactively flag operational issues or delays


Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage logistics and repetitive workflows with consistency
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Comfort working across time zones and coordinating international shipments
