Role Description


Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract, quality, and safety requirements.

Manage risks, claims, variations, and dispute resolution effectively.

Provide leadership to project teams and ensure achievement of project objectives.



Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

More than 20 years of proven experience in construction project management.

Extensive experience managing large-scale or complex construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and cost management.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are an advantage.
