Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Tourism Manager located in Giza. The responsibilities of the role include organizing and managing guided tours, creating and implementing tourism plans, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with teams to enhance tourism experiences. The role requires close communication with clients and industry partners to ensure the delivery of memorable travel experiences, as well as managing resources and resolving any operational issues that arise during tours.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Guided Tours and Tourism Management
• Experience in Tourism Marketing and Customer Service
• Strong knowledge and passion for the tourism industry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with teams and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in inbound tourism or a similar role is highly favorable
