Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst based in Cairo, Egypt. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and modeling for solar energy investments and analyzing portfolios, providing detailed insights into financial performance .

Roles & Responsibility:

• Monitor and analyze macro and micro economic & market developments and legislative environment to identify business developments opportunities along with assessing impact on existing business.
• Being up to date with the banking regulations and news, as well as grant schemes provided by the development banks and the eligibility criteria for the grants.
• Supporting in the requirements of debt structuring and raising new debt.
• Preparations of information package submitted to banks for debt raising in coordination with related departments
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure all necessary documentation is attainable for financial close.
• Assisting in reviewing facility agreements to confirm the commercial terms and conditions in coordination with the legal department
• Assisting in developing valuation models to value the business for equity raising transactions and potential acquisitions
• Preparation and review of material used in capital raise, including Investment Memorandum, presentations, and pitch documents.

Qualifications

• University Graduate, Major in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking or private equity
• Excellent Communication and networking skills, Excellent Numerical and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Writing & Presentation skills, very good Interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both Arabic & English Languages
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
