Key Responsibilities

• Support Lighting Sales for Middle East projects
• Manage day-to-day operations of the lighting solutions department, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain proper documentation for quotations, technical submittals, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and client communications
• Monitor inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping of products
• Ensure all project-related information is properly recorded, updated, and shared with relevant teams
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and documented resolution
• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as required
• Perform other related tasks supporting lighting sales and sales operations

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Experience in logistics and procurement is an advantage

Working Schedule (UAE Time)

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Sunday: Off
• Total: 48 working hours per week

Salary Range

USD 500 – 800 (depending on skills and experience)
