Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team at LeadsMart. In this role, you will help create visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent interfaces for our digital products. You’ll translate complex functionality into user-friendly designs and contribute to design systems that enhance clarity, build user confidence, and deliver delightful product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Design clear, effective data visualizations for insights and recommendations.
• Define UI patterns that support transparency, user control, and effective error handling.
• Collaborate with Product Designer, and developers to deliver polished, high-performing interfaces.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate designs and gather feedback.
• Incorporate feedback and usability data to continuously refine and improve designs.

Requirements

• 5+years of experience in UI Design or Visual Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
