💡 Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will:

• Develop user-facing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript & Vue.js
• Build modular and reusable components and libraries
• Optimize applications for performance
• Implement automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows
• Stay up to date with recent developments in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Vue.js
• Monitor security updates and address issues with Vue.js and project dependencies
• Propose upgrades to stay aligned with modern security and development best practices
• Make high-level system design decisions on legacy and greenfield projects
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable application architecture under guidance of the Technical Lead
• Identify potential technological risks that could affect product growth or operation
• Mentor developers, assisting with learning and skill development
• Guide team members on coding methodologies, patterns, testing practices, and architecture-complementing tools
• Promote Test Driven Development practices, ensuring unit and acceptance tests confirm system behaviours

🎓 Qualifications / Certification:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a senior Vue.js or frontend developer role
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML & CSS
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferable
• Experience with AWS, Angular, Selenium, Cucumber, Go CI/CD, GitHub Actions preferable

• Understanding of quality development (unit tests, integration tests)
• Flexibility to work across the full technology stack
• Excellent communication skills across the development team
