Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Administrator located in New Cairo. The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for welcoming and assisting members and Visitors, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing documents such as faxes.
Qualifications
Ability to handle Receptionist Duties such as welcoming guests and managing the front desk effectively.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive member experience .
Experience with Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks.
Proficiency with office equipment, including fax machines.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools such as email and scheduling software.
High school diploma or equivalent, additional training or experience in a similar role is a plus.
