Cairo Capital Securities (CCS), a leading brokerage firm established in 2007 and licensed to operate in local and international markets, is seeking a qualified Operations Officer to join its Operations Department. This role is part of our ongoing expansion and operational enhancement strategy, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily brokerage operations in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Execute and monitor trade settlements (T+), clearing, and reconciliation cycles

- Coordinate with custodians, banks, and internal departments

- Support margin, OTC, and client account operations

- Ensure full compliance with FRA & EGX regulations

- Prepare periodic operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

- 1–4 years of experience in a stock brokerage or securities firm

- Strong understanding of settlement, clearing, and reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with EGX systems and operational procedures

- High attention to detail and compliance awareness

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
