Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Textile Production Manager based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Textile Production Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the production facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Key tasks include supervising production teams, managing timelines and budgets, planning production schedules, maintaining machine functionality, overseeing resource allocation, ensuring health and safety compliance, and troubleshooting production challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and quality is essential to the role.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in textile production processes, quality control, and production planning Skills in team leadership, staff management, and operational oversight Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to troubleshoot technical and production issues Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and process optimization Excellent communication and organizational skills Prior experience in textile or apparel manufacturing is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in a dynamic factory environment and adapt to new challenges Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
