Partnership Development & Strategy


  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (media agencies, content platforms, telecom operators, advertisers).


  • Develop partnership strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.


  • Explore new opportunities for content distribution, co-marketing, and bundled offerings.


Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.


  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking.


Commercial & Revenue Growth


  • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing models.


  • Drive revenue through partnerships, including advertising, subscriptions, and data collaborations.


  • Monitor KPIs and optimize partnership performance.


Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, Tech).


  • Align partnership initiatives with product development and go-to-market strategies.


Market Insights & Expansion

  • Stay updated on industry trends in media and telecom.


  • Identify market gaps and recommend new partnership opportunities.


  • Support expansion into new markets or segments.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.


  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development (within the Media or Telecom industry).


  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


  • Proven track record of closing and managing strategic deals.


  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with telecom operators, digital publishers, or content platforms.


  • Understanding of digital advertising, content monetization, or subscription models.
