Job Summary:The Customer Service Assistant is the first point of contact for CFC Mall visitors, responsible for delivering exceptional face-to-face service at the information desk. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing directions, facilitating mall services, and ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance & Inquiries Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Respond to all customer inquiries regarding stores, promotions, facilities, and mall events. Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. Directions & Guidance Guide customers efficiently within the mall, including directions to stores, facilities, exits, and amenities. Maintain strong knowledge of mall layout, tenant locations, and available services. Service Provision Facilitate and manage mall services, including:Wheelchairs Baby strollers Hands-free shopping services Power banks Child safety bracelets Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and return of all service items. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all service equipment. Handling Requests Receive and process customer requests promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with internal departments (security, housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill customer needs. Complaint Handling & Conflict Resolution Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience. Identify issues, provide immediate solutions where possible, and escalate complex cases when required. De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction is restored. Record and report all complaints according to mall procedures. Operational Duties Maintain the organization and presentation of the information desk. Keep records of customer interactions, service usage, and incidents. Support mall events, campaigns, and promotions when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree. Very good English (Spoken and Written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred. (Fresh graduates are also welcomed).
