At EELAF, we are expanding our retail footprint and looking for a high-impact Retail Sales Manager to lead and scale our low voltage sales operations across showrooms and retail channels.
This role is not for average performers — we are looking for someone who can drive revenue, control retail execution, and build a winning sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage retail sales operations for low voltage products (wiring devices, switches, sockets, panels, etc.) Drive aggressive revenue growth across showrooms and retail accounts Develop and execute retail sales strategies aligned with company targets Monitor KPIs: sales performance, conversion rates, footfall, and product mix Build, train, and manage high-performing retail sales teams Ensure premium in-store execution (display, branding, product positioning) Maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and stock efficiency Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior Requirements:Proven experience in retail sales management (preferably in electrical / low voltage industry) Strong knowledge of low voltage products and retail dynamics Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience managing multiple retail locations or showrooms Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills Commercial mindset with solid analytical capabilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills What We’re Looking For:A results-driven leader, not just a manager Someone who understands that retail is execution, speed, and control Strong personality who can enforce discipline and drive accountability Ability to operate under pressure and deliver consistent growth
