We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of networks, servers, and related systems while providing technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Support end users with technical issues (onsite and remote)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
• Ensure IT security best practices are followed (antivirus, firewall, access control)
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when needed
• Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
