Role Description We are seeking an MEP Technical Office Section Head for a full-time on-site role located in New Domiat. The individual will oversee technical designs, evaluate project requirements, and provide expert guidance to the team. Additional responsibilities include managing technical documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing team deliverables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The candidate will also lead team training sessions and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Main Responsibilities:Manage MEP technical office activities Review and approve shop drawings Coordinate between MEP, architectural, and structural works Prepare quantity take-offs and follow up on invoices Ensure compliance with codes and specifications Support project sites and attend coordination meetings Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering8–12 years of experience in MEP technical office Good knowledge of Auto CAD & Revit Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA, and IEC codes Strong leadership and communication skills
