Job Description: ServiceNow Developer
 

The intern will learn: 

During Training (Months 1–3)

• Complete ServiceNow official training curriculum (company-sponsored)
• Study for and pass the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam
• Build hands-on skills on a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Apply your scripting knowledge to ServiceNow platform development

After Certification (Ongoing)

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and integrations
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules
• Design and build Service Portal widgets and catalog items
• Develop REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Grow toward advanced certifications (CIS-ITSM, CAD)

Duration: (Months 1–3)
