- Analyze and develop organizational structures to support operational efficiency across farms, hatcheries, and processing plants.
- Lead job evaluation, grading, and organization restructuring initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and organizational design.
- Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems (KPIs, appraisal cycles).
- Support line managers in setting measurable objectives aligned with production targets.
- Drive a performance-driven culture across all levels.
- Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles (farm managers, production heads, technical roles).
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Support talent review and calibration processes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for technical and behavioral competencies.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to poultry operations (biosecurity, safety, leadership, etc.).
- Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and operational excellence.
- Support internal communication strategies.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and OD frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR and operations.
