• Lead job evaluation, grading, and organization restructuring initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and organizational design.
• Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems (KPIs, appraisal cycles).
• Support line managers in setting measurable objectives aligned with production targets.
• Drive a performance-driven culture across all levels.
• Develop and implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles (farm managers, production heads, technical roles).
• Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
• Support talent review and calibration processes.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for technical and behavioral competencies.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to poultry operations (biosecurity, safety, leadership, etc.).
• Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and operational excellence.
• Support internal communication strategies.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and OD frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR and operations.
