Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Commercial Manager, you will lead and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, manage key business operations, and establish client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities will include handling business planning, overseeing commercial performance, managing contracts, and leading the team toward operational and financial success. This role also requires active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills to strategize and execute outcomes that align with business goals. Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation, forecasting, and decision-making. Expertise in Team Management to lead and inspire a high-performing team effectively. Experience in Contract Management, ensuring compliance and optimizing terms for organizational benefit. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to maintain stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet organizational objectives and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role, especially within the real estate, events, or hospitality industries, is advantageous.
