• Assist in planning material requirements based on production plans and daily needs.
• Follow up on purchase requests and track their status until materials are received.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
• Receive incoming materials and update inventory records in the system accurately.
• Monitor material movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Help maintain minimum and maximum stock levels under supervision.
• Support in performing regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.
• Assist in preparing basic inventory and consumption reports.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
