Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily business operations, supporting project and sales activities, and ensuring the consistent implementation of operational strategies. Tasks include analyzing processes to optimize efficiency, overseeing project timelines, liaising between various teams, and identifying areas for improvement. This role collaborates closely with sales and management teams to ensure alignment with company goals and deliver seamless execution of projects.

Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders Experience in Sales and the ability to support business growth initiatives Proven expertise in Operations Management to ensure efficiency in daily practices Solid knowledge of Project Management for planning, coordinating, and tracking progress Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is an advantage
