Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored property solutions, and driving sales performance. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. This role requires consistent communication with customers and developers, as well as staying informed about market trends to recommend optimal solutions.
Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to building long-lasting client relationships Experience or knowledge in Customer Service and delivering excellent client experiences Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members to improve sales performance Understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Egypt, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in market analysis and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
