Role Description Lead, motivate, and support a large MEP team within a fast-paced, high-demand environment, including performance management, career development, and issue resolution. Oversee project execution progress, ensuring alignment with targets, cost control, quality standards, and client expectations. Coordinate closely with Contracts, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and HSE teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements. Manage manpower and productivity in accordance with contract documents and approved method statements. Ensure effective implementation of MEP construction processes, standards, and best practices across all projects. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and process improvements across the MEP function. Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to company and project standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. PMP certification (preferred). Minimum of 20 years of experience in the MEP field . At least 3 years in a similar leadership role on large-scale (Giga) projects.
