Qualifications
Proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal skills Experience in Sales with the capability to meet and exceed targets Willingness to engage in ongoing Training and development Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is advantageous Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
