The Bidding Manager is responsible for managing the full bid lifecycle — from opportunity identification and RFP analysis to proposal submission and post-bid review. The role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and cross-functional coordination to deliver compliant, competitive, and high-quality proposals aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for IT and cybersecurity opportunities.
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents to identify technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
- Develop bid strategies including pricing approach, delivery timelines, risk assessment, and value proposition.
- Coordinate with Presales, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure alignment and timely submissions.
- Oversee proposal development to ensure accuracy, structure, and full compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor bid timelines, milestones, and approvals.
- Support pricing development in collaboration with Finance to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct post-bid reviews and implement lessons learned to improve win rates.
- Maintain bid documentation, templates, and tracking systems.
