What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring) Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs Employee Relations & Personnel Management Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes Monitor employee performance and provide reports HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Handle onboarding and offboarding processes HR Systems & Data Management Update and maintain HR Information Systems (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations) Prepare HR reports when needed Medical & Insurance Administration Handle medical claims and approvals Manage medical cards and reimbursement processes with insurance providers

Requirements:

1-3 years of professional HR experience

Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
