Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves overseeing mechanical building information modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects, creating and reviewing mechanical designs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Responsibilities include performing detailed mechanical inspections, managing maintenance protocols, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations. The candidate will also be responsible for utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD) tools to streamline project execution and support optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Expertise in Mechanical Engineering 5-7 Years of Exeperience. Experience in Revit and BIM Model and other software like Navisworks. Ability to effectively manage projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with mechanical system standards and best practices HVAC -Firefighting - Plumbing.
