Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients/entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, including salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commissions
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Personnel teams to ensure accurate employee data updates
  • Maintain and update payroll records, systems, and documentation with full confidentiality
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • 4 6+ years of experience in payroll processing (outsourcing experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, taxation, and social insurance regulations
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong advantage)
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Very good to excellent English proficiency
