You will be responsible for overseeing and working various projects within our organization, ensuring their successful completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. * Tasks & Responsibilities:· Review and study all preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.· Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals.•Review and study project documents, including Conditions of Contract, BOQ, specifications, drawings and Vendor List, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements. They may be involved in creating and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.•Prepare quotations (RFQ) for all Mechanical work systems including HVAC system, firefighting ,piping network, steam system, compressed air system ,water treatment system, plumping and sewage system ,Clean rooms systems,…etc .and contact and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to get the offers.•Prepared technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with project specs and client requirements.•Prepare breakdown sheets for pricing all items and conduct cost analysis to ensure accurate estimation of project costs.* Coordinate with the technical director to align cost estimates for profit margin and other cost parameters like overhead expenses and select financial targets.* Finalize Commercial and technical proposal
* cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.* Built strong vendor relationships, negotiated favorable terms, and improved quotation turnaround through supplier database development.* Led bid submissions, client meetings, and negotiations, delivering value engineering solutions and ensuring compliance.* Monitored project costs, cash flow, and reporting to support financial control

Job Requirements· Degree in Mechanical engineering.· Experience in Quantity Survey And Invoices· Experience from 2 to 5 years
