Roles & Responsibilities

The Associate Creative Director will be a driving force behind breakthrough creative across platforms. The job holder will be working with strategists, designers, writers, and producers to create campaigns that don t just capture attention they start conversations and move the needle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative vision and strategy across multiple projects, ensuring all work meets high standards of innovation, quality, and effectiveness
  • Develop insight-driven concepts that resonate with target audiences while aligning with brand objectives and business goals
  • Transform strategic briefs into bold, memorable creative ideas that differentiate brands and drive meaningful engagement
  • Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production teams to build cohesive, integrated campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients with clarity, confidence, and compelling storytelling that builds buy-in and enthusiasm
  • Lead client meetings and creative reviews, effectively communicating rationale behind creative decisions and managing feedback incorporation
  • Champion innovation by experimenting with emerging technologies, AI tools, and new creative formats to keep work cutting-edge
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and social-first storytelling approaches, implementing best practices across platform-specific content
  • Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing direction, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success
  • Mentor and develop junior creative talent through regular feedback, skill-building opportunities, and career guidance
  • Foster a collaborative creative culture that encourages risk-taking, celebrates great work, and maintains high creative standards
  • Oversee creative project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Provide creative direction and quality control across all campaign elements, from concept through final production
  • Perform any other related task as assigned by management

  • Bachelor s degree in Applied Arts - Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of creative experience (advertising, digital, or content-first agencies preferred)
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal teams, clients, and external partners effectively.
  • A portfolio of bold, culturally relevant, platform-native work that gets results.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver attention-worthy and business-driving ideas.
  • Strong storytelling instincts across copy, visuals, and experiences.
  • Deep passion for digital culture and an understanding of what works across platforms.
